Membership
Currently we have open enrollment, this means the $995 application fee is waived. There is a 12 percent cash fee on transactions, six percent when you sell and six percent when you buy. Association fees are $20 cash and T$10 trade per four week accounting cycle. To open an account click the tab MY ACCOUNT then 'Join the Community' and enter promo code 916454SW and press continue, or download the application and fax to 916.484.1460. Applicants are subject to approval and some business categories may not be open.
